Well,.the concept of an Alsacienne "Winstub" (traditional restaurants related to wineries) isn't walked through in total, as there are a lot of dishes missing, the ambience doesn't support it either. Our food was ok, portion sizes tended to be much smaller in general as I remember from Alsace, but at least you're not leaving hungry. Maybe we had bad luck that the personnel wasn't ready for a quite empty house as we've been experiencing.
